At TechDrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@techdrophq.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@techdrophq.com.
